Ingredients

  • 250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

Recipe Image
  • 1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and oil
  • 2. Marinate the Paneer: Add the paneer cubes, onion, and bell pepper chunks to the marinade. Mix well to coat everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor)
  • 3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (392°F)
  • 4. Skewer the Paneer: Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto the skewers
  • 5. Grill the Paneer: Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden and slightly charred
  • 6. Serve: Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges
