BAKED SEA BREAM
Succulant Baked Sea Bream

Ingredients
- 2 whole sea bream, cleaned and scaled
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F)
- 2. Prepare the fish: Make a few slashes on each side of the sea bream. This helps the flavors penetrate the fish
- 3. Stuff the fish: Insert slices of garlic, rosemary sprigs, and lemon slices into the slashes and the cavity of the fish
- 4. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- 5. Place the fish in a baking dish. Scatter the cherry tomatoes around the fish and pour the white wine over (if using)
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
